There are many stories and legends surrounding the tradition of the Martini goose, but one thing is certain: its aromatic taste goes hand in hand with the autumnal mood and promises enjoyment and cosiness. The highlight of chef Thomas Höfler’s 3-course menu, which perfectly captures the variety of flavors of the season, is of course the crispy roasted goose, accompanied by red cabbage and dumplings.

Celebrate the delicious tradition and the golden season with all its intense flavours with us – from 8 to 17 November, for lunch and dinner.
