Goose has a very special significance in Austrian tavern culture, especially around St Martin’s Day, when the kitchen and guests look forward to the popular “Ganslessen”. Our kitchen celebrates this culinary event with a carefully composed 4-course menu that captures the flavors and traditions of the season.

Starting with a fine starter and ending with an irresistible dessert, we invite you to enjoy the classics of local cuisine in all their finesse. Our dishes are prepared using the best regional ingredients and with great attention to detail – in the style of our traditional restaurant, where heartfelt hospitality and authenticity are paramount.

You can always enjoy the goose menu in the evening from 07 – 10 and 13 – 17 November 2024.
